Visiting Information
Visits are by appointment only.
Please read the following information carefully and observe all visiting rules.
How to Apply for a Visit
| How to Apply | If you wish to visit, please contact the ward nurse by phone or other means. We will consult with the attending physician and get back to you. At that time, we will arrange the date and time of the visit. |
| Visiting Hours | Please visit in the afternoon if possible. Each visit is limited to 30 minutes. |
| Number of Visitors | Up to 2 visitors per visit. |
| Visiting Location | Visits take place in a private room or waiting area. Tablet visits are also available — please ask for details. |
Visiting Guidelines
- Please refrain from visiting if you have cold symptoms (fever, runny nose, cough, etc.).
- Please complete the health check form before your visit.
- Please wash your hands before visiting, thoroughly disinfect with the provided alcohol hand sanitizer, and wear a mask at all times.
- Exchanging laundry and other items can be handled at the ward counter between 10:00 and 19:00. Please refrain if you have cold symptoms.
- On the day of discharge, a nurse will accompany the patient and bring their belongings to the 1st floor. Please inform the 1st floor reception upon arrival.
