About Hospitalization

Q How should I manage my valuables?
A

A safety box is provided in the bedside cabinet in your room.
It is approximately the size of a long wallet.

Please keep the key with you at all times and take care not to lose it.
We also ask that you do not bring large amounts of cash into the hospital.

Q Can I use my mobile phone?
A

Yes, you may use your mobile phone.
Please use it in the designated “Mobile Phone Use Areas” on each floor.

Q Can I have visitors?
A

Visits are available by appointment only.
Please ask a nurse for details.

Q Why do I need to confirm my name and date of birth every time?
A

To prevent patient identification errors, we ask all patients to state their name and date of birth before injections, blood tests, procedures, meals, and other services.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Q Do I need to wear a mask?
A

Please wear a mask when leaving the inpatient ward for rehabilitation, X-rays, visiting the shop, or other purposes.
Please wash your hands before returning to your room.

About Medical Appointments

Q What should I do if I am not sure which department I should visit?
A

When you arrive, we will ask about your symptoms and guide you to the appropriate department.
Please speak with the Reception Desk staff.

Q Is there an expiration date for prescriptions?
A

Prescriptions are valid for 4 days from the date of issue.
Please have your prescription filled at a pharmacy within the valid period.

Q What types of procedures are available to reduce medical expenses?
A

Please contact the Regional Liaison Office for assistance.

Q How can I request a medical certificate?
A

Medical certificates and other documents may take some time to be prepared.

Q How much will the medical expenses cost?
A

Medical expenses vary depending on your insurance coverage.
